Are you available for new engagements?

My availability varies. The best way to find out is to reach out via the contact form with a brief description of the project. I respond within 2 business days.

Do you work with companies outside DACH?

Yes. My primary market is DACH, but I have worked in distributed European contexts and English is my full working language. If your team is remote-first, timezone overlap is rarely an issue.

What industries do you work with?

My deepest experience is in healthtech, vertical SaaS, and marketplace businesses. I am cautious about taking engagements in sectors I do not know well — I would rather tell you upfront than overpromise.

What does a typical engagement look like?

It depends on the engagement type. A Diagnostic takes two weeks: a kick-off call, async interviews and data review, then a written report and debrief. An Embedded Operator sprint is typically 4–12 weeks with weekly check-ins and a defined scope. Fractional Advisory is ongoing with a monthly rhythm.

Do you take equity?

Rarely, and only in exceptional circumstances. My engagements are typically cash-based. If you are very early stage and want to explore a different structure, that is a conversation worth having.

Can you help us hire our first Head of Operations or Customer Success?

Yes — defining the role, writing the job spec, screening candidates, and advising on the hire is well within scope. Several of my engagements have ended with me handing off to a permanent hire I helped select.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, as a matter of course. I handle client information with discretion regardless, but I am happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussions.

What is your rate?

Rates depend on engagement type, duration, and scope. I do not publish rates publicly. Reach out and we can have a direct conversation.
