I started in IT security and pivoted into sales development, then into customer success at a time when most European SaaS companies were still figuring out what CS meant. That path — technical depth, revenue motion, operational scale — is what makes my work distinctive.
At jameda (acquired by Docplanner), I inherited a 15-person team and rebuilt it to 70+, managing 10,000+ SMB accounts and a €20M ARR book of business through a full merger transition. At Agrando I built three functions simultaneously: Onboarding, Account Management, and Customer Success. At Aeon I own the full operational stack: CRM, payments, expansion, and P&L.
This consultancy is the extension of that work — bringing the same rigour to companies that need a senior operator for a defined period, without a full-time hire.
