Embedded Operator

In the room. Hands on.

I join your team for a defined sprint (typically 4–12 weeks) to build, fix, or lead a specific function. I operate as a senior team member — in your tools, in your meetings, accountable for outcomes.

Deliverable: Shipped work — a built system, a trained team, a migrated CRM.

Ideal for: Series A–B companies that need senior execution capacity without a permanent hire.

Fractional Advisor

Ongoing. Strategic.

A retainer relationship where I act as a part-time VP-level operator. Monthly strategy sessions, async support, and a direct line for decisions that matter.

Deliverable: Ongoing advisory + response within 24 hours on working days.

Ideal for: Post-Series B companies that have operational leadership but want external pattern recognition.
