Leading a 40-Person Sales Team Across Four Markets
Context
Baruti AG is a sales outsourcing and consulting firm. In this role I led a large SDR team operating across four European markets simultaneously — a complex coordination challenge with distinct market dynamics in each.
What I did
Team leadership. Managed 40 SDRs across Germany, Italy, France, and Spain — setting quotas, running coaching programmes, and maintaining consistent output across geographies.
Sales automation. Designed and implemented the outbound motion using Outreach (sequencing, templates, A/B testing) integrated with Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Multi-market coordination. Created localised playbooks for each market while maintaining consistent process standards across the team.
Outcomes
A high-output SDR function operating at scale across four markets, with an automated outbound stack that reduced manual effort and improved pipeline predictability.
