Context

Aeon is a Swiss healthtech company offering full-body MRI, blood analysis, and genetic testing across the DACH region. When I joined as VP Operations, the company was scaling rapidly and needed its operational infrastructure built to match.

What I did

CRM from the ground up. Designed and built the HubSpot CRM architecture — pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting — to support a complex multi-service, multi-market sales motion.

Omnichannel support rollout. Led the full deployment of Intercom across web, app, and in-clinic touchpoints, including team onboarding and playbook creation.

Payment infrastructure. Owned Stripe integration logic for subscription and one-time payment models, working closely with product and finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

P&L ownership. Full accountability for operational budgets across CH and DE markets.

City-expansion playbook. Authored the repeatable framework used to launch new Aeon locations — from pre-launch operations to go-live readiness and post-launch optimisation.

Outcomes

A CRM infrastructure the full commercial team relies on. A support function that scales with patient volume. A repeatable expansion framework ready for new markets.
